Ms. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London (UOL) and subsequently obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013. Ms. Lee began her legal career in 2011 when she joined Messrs C.H. Quay, Ng & Partners as a pupil. Upon completing her pupillage, she was retained as a Legal Assistant, where she handled a broad spectrum of conveyancing matters, including both developer (project) and sub-sale transactions, as well as financing and loan documentation. In May 2015, Ms. Lee founded Messrs PM Lee & Co. Since then, she has built over a decade of extensive experience in real estate and property conveyancing, advising individuals, investors, developers, and businesses on a wide range of property transactions. She is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring that every transaction is completed efficiently and with confidence.
Mr. William graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London (UOL) and subsequently obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014. Mr. William began his legal career in 2011 with Messrs C.H. Quay, Ng & Partners, where he gained experience in conveyancing transactions. In 2013, he joined Messrs Bell & Lee, focusing on banking litigation, particularly matters involving hire-purchase disputes and property foreclosure proceedings. Following his admission to the Bar in 2014, Mr. William joined Messrs Keppy Wong & Associates as a litigation lawyer, where he represented clients in a broad range of contentious civil and criminal litigation matters. In September 2020, he joined Messrs PM Lee & Co. to lead and oversee the firm's litigation practice. With over 10 years of litigation experience, Mr. William regularly advises and represents individuals, businesses, and financial institutions in complex disputes. He is recognised for his strategic approach, thorough case preparation, and practical advocacy, always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
