Are you being sued?

Bear in mind! In case someone is suing you (that is you receiving a "Writ Saman" or "Pernyataan Tuntutan" from the Plaintiff), do not  procrastinate in appointing a reliable lawyer to defend your case because you only have 14 days from such receiving date to prepare the necessary and get the correct document to be filed into Court.

Whether your case is winnable or weak, that is secondary question. Always get the process straight. Period. Court rules are strict and parties are expected and bound to adhere to the fair rules and regulations of the Court process in line with the "Akta" we lawyers call "Rules of Court 2012".
